1. Are all your items in stock?

Yes - If your require oil filters, oil, brake clutch or gear levers and cables they will always be here in stock ready to be shipped. We also keep a huge range of other products always in stock. However, due to the large variety of products we offer some items may be 24hrs away. We keep a tight control on listed items in order to make sure we are not offering something we can’t supply.

 

2. Can you get products that are not on your website?

Yes – There is a massive range of other products we have available that we are frantically trying to get onto the web. If there is something specific you need give us a call on 0407 480 776 or send us a message through the contact page.

 

3. How long will it take you to send my order?

All orders placed before 14:00 AEST will be processed same day. We will always endeavour to get your order packed before the courier pickup but depending on the number of last minute orders this may not always be possible. Do not worry! Your order will be sent the next business day. On the very rare occasion that there is a problem we will always call you to let you know so there is no confusion. We believe communication is key. 

 

4. Where is my item?

You can check the status of your order any time by logging into Mas-motoparts and going to “My Account”, then “Orders”. All orders placed are provided with tracking details on dispatch. This tracking information is provided in an automated email when your product is picked up by the delivery company. Find the email and follow the links to online tracking. If there is any other problems please feel free to give us a call.
