ALL RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 60 DAYS!
Mas-Motoparts will accept all products returned in the same condition we sent it in. Whether you ordered the wrong part or just changed your mind we refuse to leave a customer with a product they don't want.
All you need to do is fill out our online return form HERE and send it back. If we made a mistake please contact us and we will provide you with a free postage reply paid address.
Please note: refunds for returned items bought by mistake will be refunded minus the cost of freight. This freight will be calculated based off the Australia Post online calculator. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of freight for returning the purchase. If we made a mistake we will cover all costs.
All returns must first fill out the online return form located HERE. Failure to complete this form may result in delays for processing your exchange or refund.
All items returned must be in the same condition they were received including all packaging (unless faulty).
Please make sure to check over all items to make sure they are correct before you remove them from the packaging. You should usually be able to compare the new item with the old item. We do understand that is some circumstances this is not possible so please contact us to discuss any problems.
Please understand that some parts on your motorcycle may not be standard. This is usually the case with motorcycles over 10 years old. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the instance that you do not have a standard set up on your motorcycle. If this is the case we will happily use all of our knowledge and resourses in order to find you the correct part, but we are not responsible for additional product or freight charges.
Please be aware, they are not all the same! Customers who have ordered a part for the wrong year or model motorcycle will be responsible for all additional product or freight charges associated with an exchange or refund.
FAULTY or DAMAGED
If you recieve a faulty or damaged item please CONTACT US immediately to discuss the situation. Your case will take priority and we will provide instructions on the fastest way to correct the problem.
